The Nurse Lawyer is a team led by the only board‑certified civil trial lawyer and registered nurse in the state of Florida. We are a dedicated, vibrant group of professionals that maintain adaptability, teamwork, and communication to do the best we can for our clients. We also believe that while we are serving our clients, our work should be fun.

• You will have at least 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation or insurance defense.
• You must have trial experience.
• You will be detail‑oriented, driven, good under pressure, dedicated, and a team player.
• You will be described as hardworking, humble, enthusiastic, excellent with client communication, and compassionate.
• You will be responsible for the smooth and effective management of your own case load, with the help of paralegals and legal assistants.
• You will have the opportunity to handle your own cases through all phases of the pre‑litigation as well as the litigation process, including all aspects of trial preparation and finalizing the closure of the case.

• At least 5 years of personal injury litigation or insurance defense experience.
• Trial experience is required.

• Base salary plus additional compensation via bonus structure with unlimited earning potential.
