*** Summary
* * This position will be responsible for daily operations within their line of business, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role serves as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalations, supports staffing needs, and monitors production accuracy and attendance. The Manager collaborates across departments to drive operational excellence and maintain strong client relationships.
** Essential Functions
*** Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing daily production and resolving escalations promptly.
* Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and efficient team.
* Mentor department leads to foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Monitor SLA compliance and production metrics/KPI and proactively address potential risks or issues.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client production guidelines and ensure alignment across teams.
* Collaborate with Human Resources to promote an inclusive, ethical, and high-performing culture.
* Partner with internal leaders and external stakeholders to align strategies and resolve operational challenges.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
** Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals.
* Strong management and leadership skills.
* Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
** Education
* ** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Associate degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
** Experience
* ** Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry required.
* At least 2 years’ experience managing a team.
** Compensation and Benefits

* Compensation: $45,000.00 to $68,900.00 Annually

** Working Conditions
** Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.
** Physical Demands and Activities
** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; occasionally position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
