- Strong knowledge of property maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate a maintenance team
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability for on-call
- A proactive problem-solver who ensures safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction
