Licensed Practical Nurse (Part-Time)
Join Legend Senior Living® as a part‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning, and supervising nursing staff.
Job OverviewPart‑time overnight shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am), 2 days per week. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our nursing team. You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning, and supervising the nursing staff.
Responsibilities- Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure quality of care
- Verify proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments, and orders
- Participate in regular resident assessments and service planning, and follow up with ancillary health care services as needed
- Assist with the move‑in and move‑out process, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
- Provide direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or during on‑call rotation
- Relay resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

- Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification (required by the state)
- Prefer: at least 1 year of prior relevant experience
- Prefer: previous supervisory experience, preferably in senior living
