- Maintain the facility’s grounds by mowing lawns, trimming, edging walkways, and pruning trees and shrubs
- Rake leaves, remove litter, plant and water greenery, and repair or paint outdoor structures such as fences and walkways
- Clean drainage areas, sharpen landscaping tools, and perform minor equipment repairs
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety standards
- Create and maintain a clean, welcoming outdoor environment for residents and visitors
- 2-3 years of related experience and/or training in groundskeeping, including pool and spa maintenance (required)
