Role Overview
Long Horn Steakhouse – General Manager leading teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience.
Location:
Clearwater, FL. Compensation: $63,000 – $80,000.
- Develop and inspire a performance‑driven culture.
- Implement systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
- Lead daily operations, maintain open communication, and recognize team members.
- Proven experience in developing teams.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations systems.
- Track record of career progress.
- Preferred current, salaried management experience.
- Weekly Pay, balanced schedules: one weekend off per month.
- Vacation and flex: 5 flex days/year plus vacation based on tenure.
- Additional pay for working 6 days a week.
- Quarterly bonus for restaurant performance.
- Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Medical, dental, vision from multiple carriers starting day one.
