Summary

The Team Member is responsible for creating quality food and providing quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for prepping, cooking, packaging and serving food for our guests in a timely fashion. Ensure the food product meets operational, food safety and brand standards.
  • Create a fun, fast-paced atmosphere for our guests. Greet guests by stating, “Welcome to Moe’s!” and ensure guests are completely satisfied with their order.
  • Clean prep area, equipment and restaurant in accordance with operational, food safety and brand standards.
  • Be punctual, in the correct uniform and maintain a friendly smile. Demonstrate high integrity and hard work.
  • Contribute to a professional environment that reflects Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC in all aspects of performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant leadership team and their representatives.
Education and Work Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Quality communications to team members, leaders and guests.
  • Good guest service skills.
  • Self-discipline and ability to multi-task.
  • Adherence to company core values – Quality Way.
Physical and Cognitive Requirements

While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position. May occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in a restaurant setting.
