What's a day in the life of a Team Member?

Team Members are brand ambassadors who create a positive guest experience from the moment guests walk in. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages, provide excellent guest service, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for growth, and many General Managers started as Team Members or Shift Leaders. If you enjoy making people's mornings better, we would love to hear from you.

What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required
