Key Responsibilities- Lead daily restaurant operations with a "run it like it's your own" mindset to exceed performance goals
- Manage inventory and control food and supply costs (COGS)
- Create effective schedules and oversee labor management
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering growth and accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash management responsibly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and coaching abilities
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
- Competitive salary starting at $55,000 annually plus weekly and quarterly bonuses

- Full-time position. Minimum of 45 hours/ week
