• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their car wash needs.
• Confidently recommend wash packages, upsell services, and promote memberships to match customer preferences.
• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team goals, contributing directly to commission opportunities.
• Stay informed about promotions, wash packages, and membership benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers to upsell services and encourage loyalty program participation.
• Ensure site cleanliness by maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues as necessary.
• Collaborate positively with team members to create a high‑energy atmosphere.

• Must be 18+
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence in upselling and recommending products
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment
• Adaptability to outdoor work environments and varying weather conditions
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
