Senior Business Consultant (Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, Houston)

Vested HR Solutions, LLC is searching for entrepreneurial, high‑energy Senior Business Consultants with a hunter mentality to grow a successful book of business. The role offers competitive salary with commissions paid upfront and on a residual basis, providing unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self‑generated leads.
  • Execute aggressive prospecting strategies to gain access to key decision makers within prospective client organizations.
  • Maintain ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Negotiate pricing and scope‑of‑service with prospective clients.
  • Complete required sales paperwork and finalize terms of the client service agreement.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast; accomplish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals assigned by management.
  • Build strong, trustworthy relationships inside the organization and within the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate new business in designated territory.
  • Plan and implement solutions targeting client needs.
  • Sell Vested HR products and services to business owners, HR managers, and payroll professionals both in person and virtually.
  • Keep current with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and activity goals.
  • Prepare executive summaries for client presentations and sales proposals.
  • Schedule ongoing meetings with clients to address questions during implementation.
  • Collect data to provide guidance on products and services, marketing, and sales.
  • Develop lead generation and utilize CRM (Hub Spot) to track activity.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • 4‑year business degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience; PEO experience preferred but not required.
  • Independent seller able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify true client needs.
  • Strong math and problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Insurance licenses a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is variable based on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation through commissions on deals sold. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, short‑ and long‑term disability, paid time off, holidays, and a great work environment and culture.
