About the roleWe are looking for a talented, motivated, and competitive Sales Manager with experience in the electronic components industry who is eager to join a fast‑growing company in a very fast‑paced market. The successful candidate will help the company grow and thrive in a fun, hard‑working atmosphere while working well with others.
Responsibilities- Develop sales strategy
- Lead and coach a sales team
- Manage performance and set goals
- Conduct sales coaching and training
- Build customer relationships
