• A Level: 7‑10+ years of experience
  • $37‑$45/hr + performance bonus
• B Level: 2‑7 years of experience
  • $28‑$37/hr + performance bonus
• C Level: 6 months‑2 years of experience
  • $18‑$27/hr + performance bonus
• Tire Tech: 6 months+ experience
  • $17‑$24/hr + performance bonus
