Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000+ per year + Performance and Year-End Bonuses

Hiebsch Custom Homes is looking for an experienced and driven Project Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on one-of-a-kind residential construction projects. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, seamless collaboration, and on-time completion of each build. You’ll be the key point of contact on-site, working closely with subcontractors, architects, clients, and our internal team—making sure every detail meets our rigorous standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to final walkthrough.
- Collaborate daily with subcontractors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards are met.
- Serve as the on-site liaison between clients, architects, trades, and the internal project team.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure full compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain updated records of project schedules, materials, and labor using tools like Pro Core, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, offering well-reasoned solutions and escalating when needed.
- Ensure jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
- Participate in weekly site walks with company leadership and maintain open communication with remote PM support.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in custom residential construction supervision.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of high-end residential construction independently.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Teams, and Pro Core.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, architects, and trade partners.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
