First California Physician Partners is actively seeking additional OB/GYN physicians to join our growing community-based team in Palm Springs, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the largest healthcare systems in the country and practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive, physician‑led environment.

• Full‑time, employed position
• Full‑scope OB/GYN practice
• Robotic surgery capabilities
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilitiesli>
• Average daily patient: 20–25 patients

• On‑site Laborist team
• On‑site neonatologists
• On‑site hospitalist pediatricians
• On‑site MFM
• 2 dedicated operating rooms
• 25 labor and deliver rooms
• Level III NICU
• In‑office ultrasound
• Clinic location in close proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for California medical licensure

• Competitive salary range: $310,000 – $450,000
