Hospice Physician Relo

Overview

Immediate need for a BE/BC Hospice / Palliative Care Physician to join a well established group. Lets Discuss. Position:
Hospice Attending Physician. Full Time Employed/Salaried. The successful candidate will have previous experience in hospice, palliative care, and treatment of complex patients. The physician will be the attending physician for approximately 160 hospice patients and 160 palliative patients. The physician will do a combination of in-person face-to-face visits and virtual visits. The physician will work with the hospice and palliative teams who may have clinical questions for the physician.

The candidate will need to be flexible in their daily schedule, typically Monday to Friday 8a-5p. Sharing call with other providers is expected.

Responsibilities, schedule, and call expectations are described below.

Days/hours:
Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. Call includes weekends and is shared with other providers (approximately 1:3). Includes shared holiday coverage.

• Comp Range: $280-$300 per hour or salary equivalent with benefits (per organization policy)

Need 5 days per week, not shift work; not a 4-day per week schedule. Patients per day: about 10.
