Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Physician

Desert Regional Medical Center is a 385 bed hospital and Comprehensive Stroke Center that serves a catchment area of approximately 700,000 people. We have a great need for a EMG trained Neurologist who is also willing to participate as teaching faculty for our ACGME Neurology Residency program. A fellowship trained specialist would have the opportunity to both develop a program and take an active role in the education of the residents.

There is a potential to develop a robust and lucrative practice as the group includes General Neurology, Vascular Neurology, Movement Disorder specialist, Pediatric Neurology, & Epileptologists. • Outpatient site adjacent to hospital. Main site is on campus at DRMC, Satellite clinics in La Quinta and Yucca Valley. Will rotate depending on patient need.

This is a 100% outpatient practice with regular M-F business hours as all inpatient services are handled by full time Neurohospitalists. Candidates must be Board Eligible in Neurology with fellowship training and proficiency in EMG. Active CA license, or in process preferred.
