We are seeking a fellowship-trained, intervention-focused Pain Medicine physician to join our high-volume practice in Southern California's Palm Springs region. • ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship with 2026 completion
• Board-eligible or board-certified through ABA, ABPMR, or ABPN
• Documented neuromodulation experience including spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants
• Demonstrated fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedural volume
• Clean credentialing and licensure history
• Commitment to intervention-first philosophy with daily procedure volumes of 20-30 cases
• Ability to maintain new patient access under seven days

• DRG stimulation experience with documented case logs
• Intrathecal pump/targeted drug delivery background
• Formal SCS/DRG proctoring credentials or completion of recognized neuromodulation courses
• Interest in satellite clinic development opportunities in 2026
