THE OPPORTUNITY
Palm Springs, CA presents a compelling opportunity for a Urology physician seeking the right balance of clinical challenge and quality of life.

Join an established private practice as a Urologist in the beautiful Palm Springs, CA, with a long-standing patient base and supportive team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work in an outpatient clinic while participating in surgeries, providing a balanced work-life experience in a desirable location.

THE ROLE

• Typical schedule is 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.

• Call:
Call requirement is 1 week per month.

• Volume:
Daily patient census is 30.

• Procedures:
General Urology, with an emphasis on robotics and uro-gynecology preferred.

• Team:
Current providers include a Uro-Oncologist and a General Urologist, supported by medical assistants, office staff, and a billing manager.

• The facility is equipped with Da Vinci Xi and X systems, an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), and resources for a large Level 1 trauma center.

• Salary:
Salary range starts from $450,000.

REQUIREMENTS

• MD or DO from accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Active CA medical license or ability to obtain

• MD or DO

• Board Certified

• California licensed or eligible for licensure

• Experience in General Urology or Uro-Gynecology
