Summary:

Responsible for in‑house maintenance of all repairable electronic slot components.

• Provides excellent guest service.
• Performs basic level maintenance and repairs to all slot components.
• Assists technicians in floor‑level maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Checks slot machines to determine if there is fraudulent activity.
• Maintains historical maintenance data.

Gaming experience preferred.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school diploma or G.E.D.; 2‑year degree in electronics or related field or a combination of education and experience. Must be able to communicate in English.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. The work environment may also be smoke‑filled. Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will increase while located in the casino.

Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and possess sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment (e.g., computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and multi‑line telephone).
