Psychiatrist | $375,000–$380,000 + $30K sign-on bonus

Requirements to apply:

• Active and unrestricted California M.D. license

• Board Certified in Psychiatry

• Valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate

• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)

• Experience with underserved populations and/or in FQHC settings preferred

This full-time outpatient psychiatry position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule within a mission-driven, integrative care environment focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to underserved and diverse communities.

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a Psychiatrist to join our collaborative care team in Palm Springs. This role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, pharmacological management, and therapy to a diverse outpatient population. The ideal candidate thrives in multidisciplinary environments and is committed to health equity. While the role includes no direct supervisory responsibilities, opportunities for preceptorship may be available.
