We are seeking a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at Palm Springs Surf Club. The EMT will provide immediate medical care and emergency response for guests and staff, ensuring safety across all attractions and facilities. This role requires quick thinking, strong communication, and a passion for helping others in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or advanced care as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment or escalation.
• Coordinate with local emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
• Monitor safety protocols throughout the surf club, including water attractions and recreational areas.
• Assist with guest inquiries related to health and safety.
• Keep medical equipment and supplies stocked and in working order.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Current EMT certification (State of California).
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency response or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable in high-energy, guest-focused environments.
