Primary Responsibilities:

Work with our Guests, Owners, Property Care Team, and Housekeeping Team to create and assign tasks, help guests, dispatch service calls, and provide our Partner Owners with exceptional customer service no matter what the issue may be!

Qualifications:

Successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, incredible attention to detail, a confident outgoing personality, positive phone etiquette, ability to laugh and smile, a knack for problem solving and be passionate about keeping everything running on schedule. This is a full-time position. Working weekends and holidays is part of the job.

You might be an excellent candidate if you have had prior experience as a hospitality guest services, property manager, schedule coordinator, service company dispatch, customer service coordinator, or some other position where it was all about the details and scheduling designed around hospitality. Prior experience in Property Management is a big plus. You could be the right person for this position if chaos makes you want to organize it vs.

Ideal Candidate Has Minimum 2 Years

Experience:

• Hospitality industry, property management, hotels, or equivalent experience
• Not afraid of some technology systems used daily. If you reset your password and stop using your computer because you broke it, you are not the right candidate.
• We are in hospitality, so a regular schedule for working weekends and holidays is a must.
• Pass an upon-hire drug screening and be able to maintain our drug-free workplace standards.
