Director of Catering – Remington Hospitality
Remington Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Director of Catering to lead our banquet and catering services in Palm Springs, CA. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Solicit banquet and catering sales business and manage all inquiries related to the catering department.
- Direct catering operations to maximize profit from all booked business.
- Negotiate event contracts, including menu suggestions, bar set‑up, room arrangements, and share negotiated details with other hotel departments.
- Prepare and maintain reports of sales recaps, organization contacts, catering function book and catering file system.
- Maintain budgeted sales quotas and create new ideas to increase catering revenue. Develop overall sales action plan for all existing markets and prospect potential markets.
- Act in concert with hotel management team and property General Manager.
Salary: $85,000–$95,000.
