Position: Temporary Full-Time Room Attendant

What You’ll Do

As a Room Attendant, you will clean guest rooms and common areas while delivering outstanding service. You’ll act as an advocate for the hotel, create personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that bring them back.

Responsibilities
  • Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish, and service guest rooms daily per hotel procedures.
  • Replace linens, replenish supplies, empty wastebaskets, and arrange furnishings and accessories.
  • Provide linens and amenities in accordance with guest room legend.
  • Secure rooms, ensuring doors are closed and locked.
  • Report damages, hazards, repairs, and other observations to management.
  • Document and return found items as lost and found, logging details.
  • Clean corridors and service areas and respond to housekeeping team requests.
  • Manage pass key security and ensure it is turned in at shift close.
  • Restock the cart and organize the linen closet for the next day.
  • Report exceptional circumstances (e.g., no luggage, sleep‑outs, smoking) to the on‑duty supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 1 year of customer‑service or similar experience.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and intuition.
  • Strong commitment to guest safety and security.
