ECommerce Development Team Lead

Founded in 2018, Seibert Consulting Group is a Net Suite professional services agency providing development and eCommerce services related to Net Suite, a cloud-based ERP application. We deliver peace of mind by implementing best in class Suite Commerce Advanced eCommerce sites. We are looking for an amazing problem solver for our growing eCommerce development team. In this role, you will be guiding the development team, serving as technical project manager for our client projects, and reporting to the CEO.

• eCommerce Development. As the team lead you will be heavily involved in development, making sure the rest of the dev team adheres to our best practices approach and that they stay focused on successful delivery of our projects. We are a commerce partner with Net Suite (a Cloud-based ERP application) and the majority of our development work is around Net Suite s eCommerce platform called Suite Commerce.
• Project Management. Our developers are also expected to be consultants, working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver on customer needs. The eCommerce team lead will serve as Scrum Master for the team to ensure everyone is on task and that they also understand the bigger picture of their work. The team leader will be responsible for ensuring that projects are well-documented and that the internal team as well as our customers deliver on tasks they are assigned.
  
  Internally we use Jira to organize our projects.
• Technical Architecture. Once you gain sufficient knowledge on Suite Commerce you will be expected to architect solutions, from smaller projects to large, full-scale eCommerce implementations.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

This is a full-time, in house position out of our office in Carlsbad, CA. This is not a remote position and requires candidate to work at our office in Carlsbad, CA. We pay a competitive salary and also offer medical, dental, and vision benefits.
