Overview
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in a hospital setting. Responsibilities- Deliver care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a compassionate, empathetic way.
- Provide specialty nephrology care in acute (inpatient) settings, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and apheresis.
- Assist with patient observations, measuring statistics, and machine set‑up with support from patient care technicians.
- Work interdisciplinary with clinicians, support a positive team environment, and float to various facilities during and after training.
- Work shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call as required.
- Maintain up‑to‑date COVID‑19 vaccination status and any additional booster requirements.
- DaVita's Inpatient Dialysis Program is Joint Commission Accredited.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; a three‑year diploma‑program substitute acceptable.
- No dialysis experience required; training is provided. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred but not required.

$41 – $57 per hour
