As a Dog Trainer with OLK9, you will play a vital role in our dog training family. You must be committed to and show a genuine interest in enhancing communication and teamwork between dog and owner while providing a fun (and safe) training space for dogs and their owners.
We provide the training, marketing, and support; you will be the Trainer for the OLK9 Palm Springs, CA location, working one-on-one with dogs and their human owners!

Qualifications:
- Complete trainer certification course in Virginia (flight and hotel paid by us).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and a passion for dogs.
- Computer skills (training provided).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to board at least two dogs in your home.
- Must love dogs!
This position will start part-time and can transition to full-time based on your drive and motivation.
Additional questions include:
- Ability to board at least 2 dogs in a temperature-controlled environment at your residence.
- Availability to attend a 17-day trainer certification course in Virginia.
- Ownership of a vehicle suitable for transporting dogs.
- Highest education level and relevant field of study.
- Experience working with dogs (not required).
- Current city and state of residence.
- Current employment and daily tasks.
- Preference for full-time or part-time work.
- A brief personal introduction explaining why you're a good fit.
- Responsiveness to texts, calls, voicemails, and emails within 3 hours.
- Sales experience.
- Self-rating on social media, smartphone, and general technology skills (scale 1-10).
- Willingness to submit to a background check.
