We pride ourselves on creating a magical holiday shopping experience, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join us for the upcoming season.
Position Overview
As a Seasonal Stock & Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our boutique runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part-time, seasonal position that runs from mid-September through early January, with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with shipping and receiving of merchandise
- Tag and prepare new inventory for the sales floor
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom and stock areas
- Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise as needed
- Uphold store standards for organization, accuracy, and efficiency
- Contribute to the overall holiday experience for customers through reliable and timely support
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus, but not required
- Starting pay: $17/hour
- Hours vary based on performance and store needs. Scheduled shifts may run anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours.
- Seasonal roles run mid-September through the second week of January, with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.
