Retail Key Holder, Palm-Springs

Bev Mo! by Gopuff is seeking a Part Time Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. A Key Holder will assist during high volume periods and support new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of the products and services.
• Arrive early to open the store and leave late to close the store.
• Assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees.
• Have knowledge of in-house products to recommend to customers.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking, conducting counts, and identifying discrepancies.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including opening/closing tills, cash counting, and deposit preparation.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow proper age verification policies.
• Ensure prices and quantities are accurate and provide receipts.
• Handle refunds and exchanges.
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including bag checks and security adherence.
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards on the sales floor, stockroom, lockers, and bathrooms.
• Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Compensation varies based on location, market pricing, and skills. For U.S. locations, the starting salary in Palm Springs, CA, is USD $17.25 per hour.
• Salary ranges may change based on market conditions and individual qualifications.
