At the direction of the Trial Facilities manager, the Warehouse Coordinator will assist coordinating the daily operations of Tribally owed warehouse facilities. Delivers and retrieves items from the casino properties. Assist with warehouse deliveries into and out of the Tribal warehouses. Maintains a computerized database system that captures pictures and inventory quantities of items stored in the warehouse. Maintains an organized and controlled environment of storage and an element of security of all property stored at the warehouse.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities (other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Coordinates and assists with the daily distribution of materials.
- Responsible for updating the warehouse data base.
- Process incoming and outgoing requisitions for proper distribution and/ or storage.
- Communicates with the Tribal Facilities Manager for proper follow-up and documentation on warehouse stored items.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and safe operations of warehouse facility, warehouse equipment and vehicles.
- Assist with material audits.
- Adheres to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist as needed with Tribal Facilities
- Works independently or in a team setting.
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 years related job experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- 1 to 2 years inventory process experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license/clean DMV record.
- Forklift Certified or Forklift Experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Strong organizational skills

Working Conditions/Physical DemandsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ miles, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. The noise level in the work environment is moderate, but escalates in the warehouse environments. Must be able to stand for long periods.
Must be able to grasp, bend, lift/carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 60 lbs. on an intermittent basis. Requires sufficient dexterity to use receiving and office equipment.
