This employee will be considered the main POC for an ADP program at Palmdale, CA. The position will be in support of Production Ops for IMS and EVM with knowledge of incoming 1

LMX initiatives and how they can support the ADP program. This position will also have opportunities to interact with external customers and must be able to articulate program status with poise. The position has potential to develop into a Special Missions POC on newly captured programs and programs that require reach back support regarding cost, schedule, staffing, and capacity metrics. The candidate will be able to create and sustain a process to track engineering design to kitting (FAMSCO) and be able to inform best shop practices for crew planning.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret security clearance

Basic Qualifications:

- Touch Labor Estimates
- Tableau or other visualization experience
- FAMSCO or other similar program metric creation
- IMS and EVMS experience
- Program Standup experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

Pay Rate:
