Summaryof Key Duties
The ADP Program Planning Associate Team member is a self‑starter and relationship builder supporting an integrated team within the Skunk Works on various platforms to ensure successful program execution and performance, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system. This position has shared responsibility for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in monthly variance analysis.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain schedules.
- Integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans.
- Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis.
- Interact across program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control.
- Participate in evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and contribute to remediation activities upon identification of gaps.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Experience with networked schedules
- Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams
- Bachelor’s degree
- Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
- Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
- Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience with Deltek Open Plan
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as part of employment.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. The schedule for this position is 4 × 10 hour day, 3 days off per week. - Travel:
This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position varies by location. For California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC it is $63,800 – $112,470. For other locations, the range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. This position is incentive plan eligible.
