Systems Engineer Sr

This requisition is for a Level 5 AGM-158 Weapons System Engineering and Integration Leader. The candidate will be responsible for integration and oversight of all aspects of weapon system engineering processes including configuration control and management across multiple products, requirements development and documentation, requirements coordination and integration, traceability and flow down, specification development (system, segment, and component) support, review support and management, and systems engineering coordination across the AGM‑158 Flex enterprise.

• Lead and support multi‑disciplinary system development across multiple product lines, including flight demonstration and production programs.
• Lead and integrate multiple organizations, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, business management, cost tracking and management, business development, proposal support, and customer relations.
• Generate and present technical and administrative systems engineering materials to various customers and internal teams.
• Support BA capture activities, program planning, proposal development including cost estimation, schedule/planning development, and BoE generation.
• Support cross‑discipline technical teams at least at the IPT lead level.

• BS in Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in flight demonstration and production programs.
• Experience leading and integrating engineering, manufacturing, quality, business management, cost tracking, business development, proposal support, and customer relations.
• Experience generating and presenting technical and administrative systems engineering materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the organizational structure and operational requirements of the LM‑MFC organization.
• Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

This position requires a government security clearance; the candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Clearance level:
Secret.

• Pay Rate:
  Annual base salary varies by location, ranging from $128,400 to $226,435 in select states and $147,700 to $255,990 in major metropolitan areas.
