• Design, develop, manufacture, and sustain survivability technologies for low observable aircraft.
• Work across RF, IR, visual, and acoustic spectrums.
• Participate in the full Systems Engineering lifecycle—from research and development to modeling and analysis, to static/component testing, dynamic flight testing, and field repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines to optimize integration of survivability technology on existing and future aircraft.
• Perform predictive analysis, build/test physical models, and develop test/verification equipment.
• Coordinate with IPT members and suppliers to achieve survivability requirements.
• Analyze low observable data to identify performance trends, defects, and improvement opportunities.
• Support fast‑paced work environment with diverse assignments.

• Active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance.
• Active Special Access Program (SAP)/Program Access Request (PAR) required.
• Interest & knowledge in at least one area:
  Design Integration, Antenna Integration, Proposal Writing & Estimating, Infrared/Visual/Acoustics, Specialty Materials, Computational Analysis, or related.
• Education:
  
  Level 2 — Bachelor’s degree in STEM + 2 years professional experience, or Master’s + 0 years;
  Level 3 — Bachelor’s + 5 years, or Master’s + 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in RF modeling/testing at indoor/outdoor RCS/RF test facilities.
• Knowledge of low observables, RCS performance, and electromagnetic energy transmission.
• Master’s degree in Physics, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in test development, execution, and analysis.
• Ability to work with Global Supply Chain, Security, and internal support organizations.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Primary Level: $89,400 – $134,200. Secondary Level: $110,300 – $165,500.

May include overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and long‑term incentives for certain positions.
