Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Test Conductor / Principal Test Conductor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation organization. This role is located in Palmdale, CA
.

• Conduct comprehensive production testing at various integration levels
• Troubleshoot and resolve test anomalies efficiently
• Update and refine test procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Actively participate in Test Readiness Reviews and test-preparation briefings
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless test progress
• Coordinate test schedules with Air Vehicle Managers, Plane Captains, and Manufacturing Managers
• Support overtime and adapt to off-hour schedules as needed

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of experience; OR Master of Science degree in STEM with 0 years of experience.
• Experience in unmanned aircraft and aircraft systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness and ability to support 25% domestic and OCONUS travel
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (not required to start)
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of experience; OR Master of Science degree in STEM with 3 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 1 year of experience.
• Experience in unmanned aircraft and aircraft systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness and ability to support 25% domestic and OCONUS travel
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (not required to start)
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
• Mechanical and test experience on aircraft and unmanned aircraft
• Prior test engineering experience on medium to large-sized unmanned aircraft
• Experience testing RF, ethernet, and electrical cables
• Experience with Teamcenter
