Chipton-Ross is seeking a Master Planner for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- Experience with Critical Path
- Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
- Must have experience with Proposal development
- Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
- Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
- Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
- Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review / support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
- Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
• Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop / refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). - Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. - Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
- Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
- Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
- Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
- Accredited HSD / GED
- Full-Time
- 4 / 10 work schedule
- 1st Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
