Active / Current Secret Security Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years or Continuous Evaluation (CE) enrollment is required to apply for this position. Special access is not required to start.
Shift: Working four (4) ten‑hour days typically with every Friday off (4 / 10 Work Schedule). Work will be onsite.
Job DescriptionThis is not a Maintenance Scheduler position. The role provides planning / scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations. The candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. They advise the Program Management team when a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors that may impact delivery or cost.
They ensure communication and cross‑coordination with IPTs. Experience with Critical Path methodology and schedule network development and analysis is required. The candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and interact across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production functions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prepare status reports and metrics, and make presentations are essential. Must be a self‑starter with proven program planning and scheduling experience.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
- Experience with Critical Path methodology.
- Schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration.
- Proposal development experience.
- Risk and opportunity analysis input.
- Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool proficiency.
- Experience working on Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs.
- EVM (Earned Value Management) experience.
- Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
- Experience working independently across technical teams developing a basic understanding of the technical product.
- Capture research & development production scheduling requirements and dependencies between functions.
- Experience working on Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs.
