Job Description What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial Engineer Level 2 you will be responsible for analyzing and designing sequences of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities, and establishing methods for maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.

Your responsibilities will include

Analyze and design operation sequences and workflow to enhance plant efficiency.

Develop and implement facility layout and equipment utilization plans for maximum productivity.

Establish accident‑prevention measures and manage training programs for production personnel.

Conduct cost, inventory, and production‑record studies and recommend cost‑reduction initiatives.

Collaborate with facilities engineers on planning and designing facility modifications.

Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.

On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Systems Engineering experience

Fabrication or Production experience

Manufacturing Analyst experience
