Base pay range: $16.90/hr - $19.00/hr.

• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Educate guests on single wash, upgrades, and membership packages.
• Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
• Process payments accurately.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded safely onto the conveyor and prepped per company guidelines.
• Verify vehicle cleanliness and perform quality control wiping.
• Provide excellent service and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and perform after‑hours site cleaning as scheduled.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming policies.
• Follow directions, exercise judgment, and make consistent decisions.
• Follow company safety protocols and be a team player.

• Combination of experiences in car wash, retail, and guest service industries preferred but not required.

• Maintain the highest level of service at all times.
• Adapt to a high‑volume retail environment and varied situations.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Improve skills through training.

• Build great relationships with guests and coworkers through effective communication and follow‑through.

• Full‑time and part‑time positions available; ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Reports to the Site Manager.

• Works mainly outdoors with occasional indoor work.
• Exposure to fumes from equipment, cleaning solvents, dust, and gases.
• Temperature fluctuations and noise/vibration exposure.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing or walking for long periods.
• Operating related equipment.
