• 1–4 years of actuarial or related analytical experience
• Experience or interest in defined benefit pension plans and retirement consulting
• Exposure to actuarial valuations, financial modeling, or employee benefits analysis
• Progress toward actuarial credentials through the Society of Actuaries (SOA)
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field
