About the Hospital

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is a 184‑bed acute care hospital located in Palmdale, CA, and part of the Southwest Healthcare network. It serves the Antelope Valley and surrounding communities.

Under the direction of the Department Manager and/or Supervisor, the Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is responsible for performing laboratory testing following the policies and procedures of the Laboratory Department and the hospital.

Perform laboratory testing as directed in accordance with department policies and hospital procedures.

• 1 year experience as a Medical Technologist is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology.
• California State License for Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Microbiologist required.
