We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
- Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
- Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
- Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
- Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
- Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

- Competitive salary:
- Full-time: $80,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience and availability)
- Part-time:
Starting at $50/hr - Expected full-time hours: 8:00 AM — 8:00 PM (flexible for part-time)
