Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Principal Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Palmdale, CA.

You will control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements. Ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.

Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrate learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

  Yes, 10% of the time.

• 9 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent; or 5 Years with a Bachelors; 3 Years with a Masters; 1 Year with a PhD.
• Experience in Aviation and Aerospace technical data.
• Experience in procurement and the use of SAP.
• Must be able to work in an approved environment during specified work hours and will frequently move and position objects weighing 30-50 lbs. overhead.
• Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistic related field with experience in mobility and load planning.

Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $
