ResponsibilitiesThe Data Management professional will support ADP multi-sites with implementation of Enterprise Information and Data Management processes, systems, tools, and all related activities as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Assisting in the preparation of data‑management generated documents.
- Backing up other data‑management personnel as needed.
- Scheduling, tracking, processing, and submitting deliverables to customers electronically and by other means as required.
- Ensuring proper document markings for security requirements and releasability are affixed to program generated and managed data.
- Supporting program compliance with ISO and company requirements for document and data control and quality records.
- Maintaining a controlled documentation system, including records retention, data delivery, data assurance, and administration of system access control.
- Coordinating DM activities with other ADP functions (contracts, legal, configuration management, engineering, quality, finance, program management) to ensure a proactive data‑management presence.
- Preparing data‑management generated documents as needed.
- Resolving data systems problems quickly and effectively.
- Providing DM status, metrics, cost, schedule, and addressing DM‑related issues as required.
Typically has 0 – 3 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with data transfer to/from digital medium
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, equivalent experience or combined education considered
- Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years
- Working knowledge of records or data management
- System security, administration, or user account experience
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level:
Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Schedule4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week
Pay RateThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC is $49,700 – $87,515. For other states, the salary range corresponds to the final work location. This information is a general guideline only and takes into account market, business, and individual qualifications.
