You will support our commitment to bringing our spirited drinks to life for each and every guest. As a Bartender, you'll help provide each customer with an AUSS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant, making each guest's day better.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
• Efficiently craft drinks to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications, while serving responsibly.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend and upsell to guests.
• Assist servers by answering questions about our spirited drinks.
• Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during shifts.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; capable of working in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
• For California-based positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
