Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 to $19.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and or management experience is required.
