Description
As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing makeup application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup application, skin‑care, hair or fragrance consultations.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to execute in‑store events.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
• Support the store in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required; beginner‑level candidates with creativity and technical skill welcomed.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software a plus.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to interview.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; however, we are equally open to those looking to develop their skills in these areas.
