Site Security Patrol Guard

Drivers License, Guard Card, Morning / Swing ONLY, PART TIME, Weekends required.

Schedule
- Part-time, 2-4 days per week. Shifts vary from 5-8 hours per day with working lunch (8 hour shift only). Must be available weekends and holidays. Shifts begin at either
1000 or 1500 (approximately). Your hours are merit based, measured through your attendance, performance, and conduct.

Terms- 90-day probationary period, part-time, at-will. Observe, take appropriate action, report.

Pay Range- $17.25+ USD per hour.

• Active Guard Card (California)

• Driving required 50%
• 1 or more years of professional experience in the security industry
• Complete resume, up-to-date
• Reliable personal transportation and working cell phone

• High School diploma / GED required; some college preferred
• Physically able to walk and / or drive continuously for 2+ hour periods

• 3+ years of experience in the professional security industry
• Active site experience, meaning constantly moving, engaging, taking appropriate action. This is not a sedentary post.
• Veteran or CO / LE background
• Current college student
• College with a focus in the Criminal Justice field
• Tech savvy
• Able to take corrective feedback, adjust, and execute as instructed without question

A Signal Patrol Guard will conduct patrols, (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, retail, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property, customers, residents, and staff with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are requirements as well.

• Will conduct and deliver various mobile security services while operating company patrol vehicle that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions / post orders.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction / post orders.
• The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations
• Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship striving to provide peace of mind.
• Consistently communicates with the Advanced Patrol Guard and or the Branch Patrol Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns.
