A nonprofit organization in Palmdale seeks a Case Manager for the WSP Shelter and Palmdale Dream Village. The role involves providing trauma-informed, client-centered case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include developing service plans, connecting participants to supportive services, and facilitating workshops. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or experience, knowledge of Housing First practices, and preferably be bilingual in Spanish and English.

This is a full-time position with hourly compensation of $22-$24, plus benefits.
